Hello to all of you Dream Girls.  I am the reining 2009 Junior Miss Texas, Alyssa Brooke Jacobs.  I am in the 3rd grade at Barrow Elementary.  I have a sister who is 18 and a brother who is 10, and two dogs named Mia and Meatballz.  When I am not at school there are lots of things that I enjoy doing.  I have fun playing with my Barbies, Polly Pockets, drawing pictures for my mom (and my teacher),  dancing, singing, and I look forward all year to deer season.  This is the time I get to go out and sit very quietly and hunt with my daddy.  Sometimes my mom, dad, brother and I are all in the deer blind together.  Sounds crowded but when it's cold out side we all sit close and stay warm.   My mom will be competing this year at the State Pageant for Miss Elegant Ms. (Shanna Jacobs).  We hope to compete for the National Supreme Mother Daughter title in 2010.  We are very excited for the upcoming year.  We have been gathering referrals, and making appearances and providing community service.  If you are thinking about joining Dream Girls, don't just dream it do it!!!  You will be so glad you did!!!!
