Shelby has been competing in pageants since she was 8 mths old. She loves it!  When we came upon Dreamgirls USA just a couple of yrs ago we were so excited!  This is the best pageant system out there. They focus on Real Girls with Real Goals! This opportunity to represent Dreamgirls USA has been AMAZING!  Our directors are the best and most supportive.
